Disgusting Dirty Toilets

Please can something be done about the toilets in Kenilworth centre. I've been working in the mall for a few years & ever since the new cleaning company Quadro took over late last year the toilets has been disgustingly dirty. I've been picking up all sorts of germs. I dread going to the toilets. The cleaners are always standing around. The toilets are always blocks. The toilets are always smelling.I know there's a shortage of water in Cape Town, but having water is a must in a toilet.
