This is my first and last Ford ever.

Probably THE worst service/lack of service I have ever experienced from any auto service center, ever. 10 days and am still driving around with faulty breaks. They promised to collect my car from me today and give me preference. Its 11:00 and am still waiting. Not even a call!!
