Shocking service and incompetence

Booked in my car for a warranty claim, I paid R1500 for a diagnostic that I later learned was not even done.

I was quoted over R50 000 for a repair. I took the car to another place that diagnosed the car and fixed it for R2500.

Ford said the clutch and flywheel was done, turns out both were fine and the issue was a misfire of the engine.

Shocking service, I would avoid them if I could because at least do the minimum of properly diagnosing the car and not just taking what I think is wrong as the truth.

Never going hack there ever again.
