Rude service advisor

I sent my car in for a service, I asked the advisor for a lift in the afternoon when I have to collect my car, he agreed in the morning to provide me with the lift, when I needed lift to pick up my car he phoned me and told me to find my way to get to Ford to collect my car. I phoned the office and I left the message for the manager to call me since he was not in the office when he called. When he realised I called the office he phoned me back and he said he will provide me with the lift, when he came he came with his friends in the car with loud music, one of his friends was lying on seat and I was sitting like he was doing me a favour to be in the car. The music was so loud. He (service advisor) said I was worrying him because he has to be at home at 17h30. He said I am a problem to him, he wish he will never have to deal with me again. I was so offended because he was doing he job and he was not doing me a favour.
