Kempster Ford after sale service sucks!

Once again Kempster Ford has proved how bad their after sale service is. I was sent an sms in June for an annual service. Took my car in and was advised that it's not due for an annual service & that I will be contacted when the service is due. I have yet to recieve a call or email with regard to this. I have taken my car in today and was advised I am out of service plan in Aug 2019. I have never recieve any call or email with a reminder that my service plan is coming to an end.

Ever since the very first annual service I have received bad service from Kempster Ford umgeni road. Last week I had tried calling them and was unable to get through. The receptionist does not listen to you and I had vented my frustration to the person that finally answered at the service department. The Serice book has not been stamped the 4 years that the service was done.

I would never recommend a Ford to any friend or family. Rather go to Nissan theyou make you feel like they actually want to keep you as a client. I will not ever buy another ford product because of the terrible service you provide.

Dealer principal never calls for service recovery.
