Poor customer service

I want to share my disappointing experience with VW Kelston in Queenstown. Unfortunately, the service has been extremely poor. Poor Communication: They do not provide any updates about my vehicle unless I reach out first. If I don't follow up, there is no communication from them at all. Trust Concerns: This lack of communication has led to major trust issues regarding the repairs on my vehicle. Geographical Challenges: Being in a different province makes the situation even more frustrating.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
