Poor service and taking advantage of female customers
Worst service ever. My sister bought a car from them last year 2025 August and the car immediately had a fault with the window switch and when she went to them they told her to pay R700 for diagnosing the car and they have the worse service ever. She reported the Matter in August last year and even went to them, but they told her that they will book an appointment for her ,and yesterday she again went there,thats when they told diagnosed her car and came back to her and told her that she must pay R700 after they had diagnosed her car, and along that process they could not find her car keys and field to resolve the issue ,they told her about sending her a quotation for reparing the windwo switch on a car that is still under warranty
