****** item on the vehicle

I am so disappointed with their customer service!!

Yesterday when I went for a service I told the person who was doing inspection on my vehicle if should I remove my toiletry bag since I had an expensive cologne on it she said to me no you don't have to, no one will take your staff and I left it on the vehicle's cabin holder and when I can back to collect the car it was ****** by their employees we went to check the cameras and where I suspect the person might have took it their camera is off.

And the manager is telling me if there's nothing they can do even if their employee told me not to remove it!!!
