I am a consumer of your services via paypoints in the ****a shops in South Africa - Alexandra Johannesburg to be specific. I wish to understand how your merchant services work in relation to customer payments. The scenario is I go to a shop that sells items @ R50.00 stock price all inclusive and thereafter I get charged an extra R10.00 by the shop keeper claiming its for merchant services.

I wish to understand if this is part of your SLA or policies and either way I wanna take this up with consumer protection services because either you or your clients are robbing us copious amounts of money by charging extra irregular fees. And it's wrong.

Please assist in educating your clients on how to use and treat or charger these additional services they're offering us.
