Unauthorized Transactions

This organization has debited from my account, not once but there times, in a space of 1 hour, on the same day. I have never registered or used any of their outlets, now I'm being asked, "WHERE I MADE MY LAST PURCHASE", this to me is very suspect. Very bad service......
