Poorest service from Kazang

Kazang will sell you dreams, it's now clear to me that if ever you want to rent their vendor device you'll never get it simply because they take you so cheap, you're absolutely nothing but a piece of trash.

I've ordered a device in May but even today I haven't received it. I even made a new ticket number because I was totally ignored, made a phone call to their call centre then call centre said I should call the Johannesburg office, I phoned, they didn't answer. I decided to write a review on their page then they decided to call me, promised me that I'll get the device same day or the following day, and that was last week. I really don't know how these guys work, so now it's clear to me that I'm not their desired customer, I'm too cheap for them. So, it's fine. I think I just have to wash my hands.
