NO ACTION

I would like to know why nothing happens to vendors that still charges us extra fees for vouchers we buy even when on the slip that your machine issues it states we should not pay any extra fees?

I have laid more than 3 complaints and everytime i just get told that the vendor has been sent a warning, but they continue to charge the fees.

Are you really on top of your vendors or are you just taking our complaints lightly?
