Kazang bad service

For the last 2 weeks I'm struggling to get the machine working.i paid the outstanding fees bcz it was made undiscoverable send all my documents as per there is request. I went thru all the communication chanells and still no response I feel that they don't have my business well being at heart and trying to get this matter resolved asap but I'm still wasting time and money and in times like this money and time is costly.
