Bad service unhappy customer

Kazang with their partnership mtn momo they are not reliable I did cash out from momo to kazang and the money is not reflecting and when I contact momo they say I should contact kazang and kazang say I should contact momo so they playing with my mind I don't know any more I guess I should accept that I lost 1200
