BAD COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I app**** for a Kazang machine on the 1 July 2022 and to date I have been waiting.On several occasions I contacted them via whatsapp and phone calls to know the outcome of the application and I was told a technician will be coming to me any day from now yet nothing fruitful. I kept on calling and some days they told me the machines are out of stock and some say there is a workload of machines to deliver so I don't understand which one to take.Finally I contacted them again and they said the matter is escalated and it's been so.Today I asked and the agent blantely said I should give it time.....There is no concrete answer or action taken
