Katrina Cosmetics ****

I am extremely disappointed with this business. I placed and paid for an order for a cosmetic product on 3 July 2026. I was initially advised that delivery would be delayed because the representative responsible was off. It is now 25 August 2026, and I have received neither my order nor any meaningful update.

My follow-up emails have gone unanswered, and there is no telephone number available to contact the business directly. The complete lack of communication and failure to deliver the product I paid for is unacceptable.

At this stage, I am seriously concerned about the legitimacy and reliability of this business and would strongly caution other consumers before placing an order. I expect an immediate response and resolution, including either delivery of my order or a full refund.
