Our special moment taken away by Kathleen

I am still waiting for Kathleen to actually apologize. However I don't think that will happen, these people don't care, it's all about the money. This is my story.. I went to the midwifes at 11 months pregnant, we had not had any money before that, and finally things started coming right. Kathleen said she would help us. On our first visit (costing 7k - all in all we were told it would cost 23k) We got to see our boy.. with a big head apparently. (This should have immediately stopped the whole process as that would mean I could not give normal child birth). But it carried on.. The 2nd appointment, I apparently had high blood pressure (never in my life have I ever had high blood pressure) I was prescribed a big yellow pill... For 3 weeks. (We are getting the pills tested) This appointment was another 1k just to check my blood pressure. Then another after hours appointment for basically nothing (another 1k). And 4 days later, I go into labour (another 1k) So we go there, I get all these hands inside me... I am 1cm dilated. After 5 hours they ask us to go home and come back when I'm ready to pop. Let me add that at this stage, my contractions were 4min apart and I was in intense pain. They gave me a pain injection which did absolutely nothing (and yes I paid for it.) And we went home, to another 9 hours of excruciating pain. We called at 5am the next morning and were there by 6am, at that time the midwife broke my water and told me the baby had ****ed Inside me. I was 4cm at this point, and half dead. By 3pm I was 7cm, then because of the constant contractions was told my cervix was swollen and I was back to 4cm... At this stage I had been in labour for 27 hours. We were told to arrange a ambulance and pay for it, as they are transferring me to Tambo memorial hospital for a emergency c section. Before we left they had asked for the blood pressure pills about 4 times. (Wonder what they needed to hide) At this stage we had already paid 13k (invoices, Uber.. ) and I was thrown into a government hospital where I could not see my husband and he had to go home not knowing if I am ok, anything about the baby, no information at all. I lay on an incredibly dirty bed where the sun was baking down on me, there was blood stains from God knows who, I was told to shut up every time I had a contraction.. and was not allowed my phone or bags. After an hour they asked if I wanted an c section. (I thought I was rushed there for this... ??) My son was born/hacked out of me at 5.10pm. Nobody knew anything. Nobody informed my husband that his son had been born, when I was wheeled back to the ward, I asked for my phone and was told they will come and give it to me... This being the saddest part of my life... (I only received my bags and phone the next morning at 10.) We were so happy in the beginning at Kathleen's as my husband could be there for the birth and hold his son as he came into the world, this was all we wanted. Kathleen took this away from us. It's taken me 3 weeks to write this as our whole family was completely torn. We explained our situation to the midwifes and all they did was take us for every last cent we had. These ladies don't care at all. They never once asked if I was okay. They are still sending me invoices... Please I urge, do not use them. This experience broke my soul. It took a moment away from us that we can never get back. I would have expected the deposit we paid for the birth to be paid back to us.. as I did NOT give birth at the clinic. But as I have said - this is a money hungry practice. No hearts. No human. Horrible people.
