Kathleen's Mother and Baby Clinic ****** Us

When my wife and I were referred to her to deliver our baby, we told her our previous one, 18 months ago, was delivered through c-section and she promised that we will have this one normal birth. She was in a hurry to get the money R15.5k excluding regular check-ups. When the delivery date came we went to her practice, her assistant nurse referred us to her home clinic, she was in such a hurry to get the baby delivered, we spent only 8hrs and she referred us to a public hospital whereas we told her that's what we did not want in the first place due to our previous experience which was horrible. She didn't care, we drove to the hospital wile my wife was induced and water broke, we spent another 8hrs and my wife decided to go for c-section even though the nurse told her she could have natural birth if willing to wait a little longer. Sister Kathleen did not deliver on her promise but she refused to refund out R15.5k because we signed a consent form, yet she did not deliver on her promise and was in a rush. We lost our R15.5k just like that. So, trust her at your own risk.
