Kathleen's Mother And Baby Clinic!

It is with great sadness and disappointment that I have to write such a review. I was referred to Kathleen through one of my friends, I was not on medical aid and as a first time mommy I really didn't want to give birth at a government hospital. When you get in contact with her in the beginning to find out more about her practice and how her services will work, she promises you this close, personal and family like assistance and promises to be there for you every step of the way. In my experience, this was all such a lie. The night before I went into labor, Kathleen was contacted and she had told me that it does not sound like I'm in labor to her and got told to take a panado and climb in a warm bath, which by the way was what she told me everytime I told her about a pain or discomfort. The next day at 12h30, I went to her birth center and when she checked I was in labor, she brok3 my water and I had to be rushed to hospital for an emergency cesarean. Till today she has not checked up on me. She was quick to take our money and I feel that we should've at least gotten a portion of it back. I had to pay over R20 000 just for her to put me on a drip and break my water.! Sis! In my opinion Sr. Kathleen chooses which patients she likes and who she'll have that close and personal relationship with. I will never in my life make use of her again nor refer her to anyone. She is a ***** that's just out on a mission to ***** from innocent people! I will be getting a lawyer involved regarding all my money that I have lost! Watch out for this snake!
