Highly disappointed mother

I'm giving one star for the night of my sons birth .. The night I gave birth was the only time during the whole duration with Kathleen's mothers baby clinic that I can say I received great service .. The doula that I didn't pay for and the sister I had helped me through the process .. But the service during the process was disgusting.. I paid for every consultation which was the same over and over .. I had no extra information given I was never uplifted and told good things I was constantly brought down and I had different ladies each consultation so I had to explain my story over and over again where they could of prepared better and made sure that what I said was written down .. On the morning I gave birth and the night was the only good service I had .. I even remembered how the two ladies made me smile it was sister fiki and the doula Jessica .. Those two ladies were what I paid for .. Everyone else made me angry and disappointed they were money driven and never had anything positive to say .. I had to write questions down because I was constantly in fear ... I had to also find information out from family because the clinic could not fulfill their purpose so I should of actually paid my family and the two ladies .. I regret wasting money on that clinic and i only attended about three to four consultations because I felt their was no use wasting so much money besides paying for a birth on a consultation where my blood pressure and weight was taken .. I was sent to two clincs which were far away and more expensive and I was asked to purchase a birth bag that costed so much where I used two items in it .. And the ladies that helped me with my birth could of been supp**** with more to help the birth experience with the money I spent on this place .. I'm highly disappointed I was suggested by a friend and even she had negative things to say .. It was cheaper than a private hospital but in the end it actually worked out the Same and more ..
