Shocking damage by agents of MTN

This Company is contracted by MTN to assist there clients with the lte setups and booster installations. They were sent to my property by Mtn to sort out a booster for our internet. Firstly, the technicians that arrived were so I'll equipped it was actually quite funny. Not funny now. After 6 hours they still could not get it right, and then they go and do major damage to my inside ceilings. I was informed on day that they would be covering the repair of the damaged ceiling. This was middle of May. They still have not done anything and they are now blocking me on what's app, I'm sure as they are shown online in what's app, but do not answer my calls. Please avoid this company at all costs. I have all the correspondence from them as well as the paperwork. I will be proceeding with my attorney on this, as it's thousands of Rands in damages. Please stay clear of this company.
