Terrible service at Karoo cafe

Worst service ever!i would not recommend this restaurant to anyone even though the food is awesome! Having booked for a mothers day lunch I assumed it would be busy and we were prepared for some delay,but waiting 20 minutes for a menu and to place a drinks order is unacceptable.We placed our order and waited almost an hour for food,during which no one came to take anymore drinks orders or check up on our table,incase we needed something. Our food was served cold, we had to signal for a waiter to heat the food, we had to try flag down a waiter again for the bill. For a restaurant with such potential it is sad to see it be run into the ground by untrained waiting staff who can speak or understand English,really makes the experience unworth while! Another table was whistling across the restaurant trying to get a waiters attention as they all gathered around the till area.
