Disappointing Service and Food at Karoo Cafe Lynnwood
My boyfriend and I visited Karoo Cafe Lynnwood for lunch today, and it was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've had. Although the restaurant was relatively quiet, we waited around 40 minutes for our food. The service was poor from start to finish. Every request felt like an inconvenience—we had to ask for salt and pepper, and although we requested sauce, it never arrived. The staff were unfriendly, and when our food was served, both plates were placed in the middle of the table. We then had to ask which meal belonged to whom, only to be given the wrong answer initially. The food was even more disappointing. My lamb burger was served on a slightly undercooked bun, and the sweet and sour flavours clashed completely, making it unpleasant to eat. It was far below the standard expected from a restaurant charging premium prices. The chips were average, and our café lattes tasted like ordinary coffee made at home. Overall, the poor service, long wait, and disappointing food made this a complete let-down. For the prices charged, we expected far better. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that we will not be visiting Karoo Cafe again.

Karoo Kafee's Grey Dane
My concern is not the food or the service today. It is the GORGEOUS Black and White Grey Dane, with its own couch at Karoo Kafee. Winter is on us and that poor animal is clearly in pain either his back or because of arthritis. He can hardly walk and have to sit down before another attempt or lie down in the couch. Please help him.!! It's upsetting to see his discomfort.
