Horrified

<p>After phoning and booking a table, it wasn't ready when we arrived, we were eventually placed completely away behind a makeshift wall, the waitress left for extensive periods of time, we had to get up several times to go find her, after waiting roughly a hour for our food it arrived under cooked and one plate even had a hair in it. My personal drink order was taken wrong, in general it was just a bad experience. And all this on a day we celebrated a birthday. I would not return any time soon.</p>
