Horrible.

<p>I booked a table (3 weeks in advance) for my wife's 30th. I confirmed the booking a week prior via telephone and email. I called the morning of my reservation just to make sure that everything was in order only to find out that they had no knowledge of my booking. I reconfirmed the platter & cake order qnd they had 4 hours to prepare. When we arrived we had no table prepared. Half an hour later they squeezed a third of the group very uncomfortably behind the restaurant. 5 people had nowhere to sit. I had to make my own plan to sort the nightmafe out and found a place in the back of the restaurant that could accommodate the group. We were eventually seated an hour later. After a horrible experience they had the audacity to overcharge for platters. The pricing changed one day earlier apparently. Just don't go there ever for a group function. You will be very disappointed. The food is actually good and worth it for a couple. They'll never see us again though. The experience we had was just terrible and inexcusable. </p>
