WORST SERVICE

On the 26th November I ordered 2 sliding doors, 12 aluminium windows, a power protector and masks.

On Mon, 29th November midday I received a call from *** threatening me to collect me order if I didn’t want to incur storage costs. The following morning I hired a bakkie and went to the store hoping to collect my stuff. While waiting I bought cement and other building materials. I was then informed that the store didn’t have stock therefore I only received 2 sliding doors and 5 aluminium windows. The online manager informed me that the stock would be available on Thursday, 01st Dec. My address was requested so they could deliver latest by Friday, 02 Dec as this was their fault. To date I haven’t received any communication from the store regarding the outstanding windows.

Building was supposed to start on Mon, 6 Dec and I had to pay my builders for being idle since then. The store has now kept quiet despite sending them emails & a whatsapp.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO BUY FROM THIS STORE. IF YOU WANT PEACE & GOOD SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. EVEN SOME FOREIGN WORKERS INSIDE THE STORE ARE RUDE & INCONSIDERATE.
