VERY BAD SERVICE 😔 😔 😔 😔 DONT GO UR ARE NOT VALUED
⚠️ WARNING – Very Bad Service at K. Carrim, Boom Street, Pretoria ⚠️ I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at K. Carrim on Boom Street, Pretoria. I bought a toilet set from the Hardware Department and then continued shopping in the Tile Department. After paying for my tiles, the Tile Department manager asked the Hardware staff to bring the toilet set to the Tile Department loading zone because it could not fit through their department door. The toilet seat and basin were boxed, but the toilet pan was only wrapped in plastic and sealed with tape. I was never given the opportunity to inspect it before taking it home because it was transported outside the store on a Shoprite trolley. When I got home, I discovered that the toilet pan was cracked and chipped. I returned it to the store the following day, expecting them to replace it or assist me. Instead, they refused to accept the return. They told me they had checked their CCTV footage and claimed the toilet was in good condition when it left the Hardware Department. I have spent almost R100,000 at this store during July alone as a contractor, yet this is how I was treated when I needed help with a damaged product. This is not the level of customer service I expect from a business that values its customers. In contrast, I have received excellent service at Leroy Merlin. Their staff are friendly, helpful, and appreciate their customers. They even gave me a Bafana Bafana T-shirt as a gesture of appreciation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend K. Carrim, Boom Street, Pretoria. I hope management improves their customer service and handles customer complaints more fairly.

Great service from Yard manager and store Manager
Excellent service from Kcarrim hammanskraal especially young man with curly hair who manages the yard warehouse where the bigger items are sold , unfortunately I did not get his name . while the security gave me a very hard time as I was late and the entrance was closed he took it upon himself to take me inside to his manager who was also very helpful in helping me I believe the managers name is sangeet I was able to get my items and complet my project keep up the good work carrim hammanskraal!!!♡

K Carrim false advertising
I bought 2 glass panel pivot door showers online from K Carrim on 12 June. The product delivered vastly differed from the photo on their website, they were two corner entrance showers. Not what my client wanted! I had my team ready to install on Monday 22 June, when we discovered this. Carrim flatly refused to replace it with the advertised product, insisting I pay more. Hence no profit on my side! As I understand consumer rights, 'the advertised price is the price you pay' ! I will NEVER buy online from this company again. They refunded me, which was similar to pulling teeth without novocaine, and I had to pay workers for a day of doing nothing.

Dissatisfied Customer on doors.
I'm very disappointed with the manager of carrim store in Bloed street, I bought a 2 doors on the 1st December before they close, but I found one damage as it was covered with plastic, we couldn't inspect, but I returned it, so he refused to take it back saying it has marks on it, and their door are kept standing and they can't be damaged, but this one when I got it was on level with other stacked. His name is Adrian.

Deliberate concealment of wrong goods
Bad they a bunch of ****** ! Please stay away from this company. I bought pvc ceiling twice , first time the deliver the wrong type and the second time we got used pvc ceiling wrapped and sealed in a box! We open the box and the first sheet were correct . When we wanted to used it today15th October the order has been made up of smaller pieces ! You can clearly see it’s been used . Called the number and has been referred to Moneeb who conviently does not pick up.I want to warn members of the public not to buy anything from Karrim Hardware Dtore in Boom street, Pretoria ! First purchase were done6 October , they deliberately gave plain pvc after we showed them , again 14 October we showed them n they deliver used pvc sealed in a box ! Stay away from these ******
