Worst customer service on earth!!!!

<p>So their staff sells me the wrong tap system with a bath that I bought at their store and wants to charge me a 15% penalty for not bringing it back within 7 days. I think they are ********* and have no tact; their staff is poorly trained and they have lost a good customer. I will make a point of making sure everyone knows what bad service they provide and will no longer be supporting their establishment!!! </p>
