Very bad service at carrim van der hoff

Today we bought a sliding door handle which did not fit our sliding door when we got to carrim van der hoff to get a refund they said no they dont refund because its a standard sliding door handle and the package is open so how are u suppose to check the size if you can not open the package to check the size it doesnt make sense the manager that helped us was so rude i will not recomend carrim to people they are so rude to the customers very bad service this is unacceptable.
