Unpaid refund

On the 17th of December 2022 I went to KCarrim hardware Boom street I bought TORCH ON MALTHOID 4mm 10M2 (1X10M And TORCH ON ALUM PAINT 25L(+-200M2) The salesperson did not tell me they don't have stock and proceeded with the payment using bank card After paying they told me they don't have stock I should come back after 2 days After 2days I went back and was told the same story not having stock .I demanded a refund which I signed all the documents and was told I will get my money 1st week of January. I called them on the 05 of January and was promised to get my Refund on Monday when the Director of the company gets to work .I called on Monday and was told the refund has been processed I should expect the money before 16:00 same day Monday passed without getting any money I then called and I spoke to debtors manager she said it's out of her hands she can't help me and hanged her phone I tried to call again and the receptionist didn't take my calls anymore .I've been calling then since T 10 January and they keep on saying different stories and I was told they can't find my documents I don't know what to do anymore R6850 is a lot of money
