The poor and Bad Services

We bought Double Door Garage at Carrim Hercules Pretoria and after Delivery,The Garage door was installed only to find out the Bracket were 12 instead of 20.

I Contacted the Salesman who assisted us,and guess what they don't want to replace 8 Bracket.They should open the installation box at their Dispatch.
