TAKE UR MONEY AND GO ELESEWHERE BY MANAGER!!!

I have been a loyal customer and a big fan of the hardware most of our staff while rebuilding our home we bought there, from their white interior doors to solar geyser; big up to the plumbing department for always listening and advising great customer service!! Well that was until I interacted with the Sanitary department in PTA CBD, bought a bath tub on the 2/8/2021 then realized the size is wrong and went back the next day 3/8/2021 for refund. I was surprised on the 6/8/21 no credit and enquired via telephone and they said it takes 7working days which I accepted. On the 16/8/2021 I went to the hardware to enquire and they said another 2days then I decided to take a smaller size bath because the initial one was big instead of refund since it took too long. Fast forward to the 19/8/21 I went for an exchange and the MANAGER was rude told me I was wasting their time and I should go elsewhere, I don't know do I really have so much time and petrol to waste!! I am gladly going elsewhere since I am not valued there BAD MANAGER!!
