Pathetic service.

I bought stuff in November and the delivery was incomplete. I paid R2500 for delivery by the way. My ceiling is done but no Cornices. I send several emails and there is no response. I received a call from one sales people saying I must come to the store for refund. He didn't ask me where I stay. I have to drive 120KM for refund. Who pays my petrol. I called and requested to speak to the manager and the phone was dropped in my ears.
