I placed an order online and experienced some problems with the delivery and an outstanding item which was out of stock at the time. Once I brought this under the attention of the online team I was contacted by Mr Ahmed Carrim.. He dealt with this matter in a very professional manner, addressing the issue of undelivered stock and also taking note of the problems I had experienced using the online ordering system. It has been arranged that the outstanding item will be delivered to my daughter at her workplace first thing this morning. I feel more confident that we have now come to the end of this unfortunate incident.
