Carrim hardware faulty device

Bought ingco pressure pump control this morning Device is faulty Only incoming power...no outgoing power I must wait for repairs on device I did not want to purchase a faulty device, did not ask gor faulty device How is that for customer service or for Carrim selling faulty products
