I bought a kitchen mixer, which when I get home realized won't fit with my kitchen set-up. I then went to the store in an attempt to exchange it. I was told that items on special could not be returned. THIS IS A TAP FOR HEAVEN SAKE, ITS NOT A PAIR OF SHOES THAT I CAN PASS ON TO ANOTHER PERSON!!! The receipt does say "no refund" but I want to EXCAHNGE with a tap that will work for my kitchen set-up. What does one do with a tap that's not functional
