BAD SERVICE AND LOW QUALITY

I've spent over 1.3 million rand on building materials from Carrim, the one located on Atterbury road Menlyn. I have never had an issue with the items I've been purchasing and all this changed after I bought 20+ floodlights and the ones that had sensors was messed up on the sensor part and these guys after all the amount I had spent refused to change them. Adriaan the store manager, the white guy with the glasses was very rude and treated me like a customer that did not spend over a million rand on materials. I have always had the best services with the rest of the stuff like Moses and Daniel. The service I received from the manager was disgusting and disappointing I don't know if it is my race colour but I am never going back there for my building projects. If you are reading this do yourself a favour and go purchase your items from builders warehouse down the road cause the quality of items from Carrim are really not worth it. Adriaan is a bad manager that does not understand customer service and under estimates people. If you buying something from them buy things in the building yard but not inside the shop the quality of things is not to standard. I will never return to that shop rather I go to Chamberlain or Builders Warehouse and I advise you do the same. rather pay more for good quality products than deal with a bad service and low quality products.
