BAD SERVICE AND BROKEN EXPENSIVE GENERATORS. R12 000 WASTED!!

This is for the ATTERBURY DECOR CENTRE!! BAD BAD SERVICE. I paid R 12 000 for a generator to help my family when Olympus has no power, which we have very often. I used it ONCE for 3 hours and a few days later with a power failure it is faulty and couldnt use it. Bought it on the 20th July 2021, 7 days later it was broken and faulty. From the 27th July 2021 i have been battling to get this broken generator exchanged, we drove with it to the shop and was sent back home with this expensive faulty generator. Eventually the 6th August they fetched it with a big fight.... till today the 18th of August 2021, NOT ONE WORD FROM THEM! We the customers must phone and drive after them! They sell faulty generators and NO AFTER SALE SERVICES! I WASTED R 12 000. Loadshedding or power failure i am still stuck without power!!! NEVER BUY THEIR GENERATORS PLEASE!! Me the client must call and drive after them!! I will go and see my attorney! I dont want it fixed, i want my money back!! 7 Days... old and no exchange?? CPA!!!
