On Sunday 24.02.21 I went to the hardware to buy ceilings for my aunt . Got there no one to help BUT slot of staff instore just standing around . Eventually when I got helped at the counter I went to pay for my stuff , it was checked at the door and was told to go next door where I would get it . Got there and everyone was just sitting there on there lazy asses on there phone's , had to ask them to help . Then I was told after a 5- 10 Min wait no go to where u came out . Done that then had to wait again for someone standing around again to help then was send back again to where I came from . Waited ,waited for the stuff and they left . Sitting on there lazy asses again . Had to ask again for help to load a 4.2 m ceiling on my bakkie . **** service , **** attitude of staff very very unhelpful people , it's as if u owe them something . And the worst of all is , no we dont do this and don't do that . Things that u go to a hardware store to buy . Little things like U clamps for steel wire . Shelves are empty and the attitude sucks . They must seriously look at there customer service .
