Hello Peter I have a complaint against Just Money

Hello Peter I have a complaint against Just Money. I received an email talking about improving credit score and stand a chance to win. I tried to sign up but I received a notification that says I already have an account with them. When I clicked on forgot password, it shows a cell number that I do not know that I had to receive OTP on. I tried to change the number but it would not change. I did the same for about three times then it dawned on me that this could be identity theft because firstly I do not remember signing with them until the times I tried to sign up for improving credit score. Secondly, that number is unknown to me. When I check with truecaller, the number belongs to an individual unknown to me. I then wrote to Just Money to highlight that. There hasn’t been any acknowledgment of my email. I need just money to delete any of my information they have on their system because I have never signed up with them. Regards
