Customer support non existent
When you contact them via email, there is a delay on the first response. When you provide them with details, then they take more than 8 days to respond and ofcourse they still havent. Previously, before the namechange of the company, i had to call numerous times to update details. Tickets were logged and lost. Really want to get away from this company.
