i filled in an online enquiry to add my business on the call centre hub. A Lady called Tilly Davies calls me the next day and tried to refer business. this is obviously her sales technique to try and secure customers. she gives me a run down on how they work with special ads and pricing, which i asked her to email me. about a week later i get an invoice demanding i settle the account. i did not fill in, sign or return the service level agreement yet i get invoiced. i enquired about it and the attitude was shocking! she insisted that due to me filling out the enquiry form i have consented to using her service and pay R3000 for the year. i told her that i have not signed anything and she should remove my details in that case. i got an email 2 days later where she has cc'd in all her contacts and suppliers in on an email saying they are not to deal with my company. she is totally ********* and will try undermine your company if she doesn't get things her way- absolutely disgusted!!
