Reported urgent repairs with no correspondence. Worst service ever

I have so many repairs I reported since the 12 Dec, since then I’ve been getting automated correspondence. No one has contacted me yet. One of the repairs I need urgently is the leakage in the bathroom, the bathroom is flooding and no one is doing anything about it. I’ve attached pictures & sent follow up messages with no response.
