It looks like you want to write a warning/review about a rental company. Here is a clearer version
It looks like you want to write a warning/review about a rental company. Here is a clearer version: I had a very bad experience with this company. They took my deposit and claimed that repairs were done in the unit, but after checking, I found that nothing had actually been fixed. This is very disappointing and unfair treatment of tenants. Please be careful before renting from this company. I strongly advise people to do proper checks and think twice before signing any agreement with them. Never ignore the warning sign This its a very bad company never i mean never

Want to loose your deposit? Rent from them
Please people be warned you will loose your deposit as they will not be paying anything back. Was bill for their agents comms for a year even if i didn't stay for a year (internal issue not mine) but they are willing to take new tenants comms also for those months. billed for paint while nothing wrong with paint and new tenant also declined it being painted out again.

I wish I could find the words to describe how much of a joy it has been to work with Alyssa
I wish I could find the words to describe how much of a joy it has been to work with Alyssa. She is professional, communicates exceptionally well, and went out of her way for my wife and me. What truly sets her apart is that she puts her heart into everything she does — she genuinely cares about her clients. Thank you, Alyssa, for all your assistance.

Working with JSP was truly seamless—from viewing the available rental, through the application process, all the way to moving in
Working with JSP was truly seamless—from viewing the available rental, through the application process, all the way to moving in. My wife and I have never had such an amazing experience. Alyssa, our agent, was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful throughout every step. Her communication and professionalism are outstanding, making us feel supported and valued. Even after we moved in, she continues to check in and offer assistance whenever possible. This level of care has made our experience with the company outstanding.
