REFUSAL TO PAY MY DEPOSIT MONEY

I app**** for a place to stay at northfield manor and they said the place will be available on the 1st of February on that date when I was supposed to move in they informed me on that day that the tenant who was staying there is refusing to move out. They therefore suggested that I take another flat but after viewing the place I was not interested as it was far and not convinient for me to go to work then I asked for my deposit back on Thursday till to this day they have not returned my money.
