Poor service and unprofessional agency

The agency doesn't really understand the meaning of customer service or client relations. The agents are of no help almost all the time. All they care about is taking money from tenants and care less about the people themselves. It is disheartening to see people that are supposed to work with people treat them this way. They really are "just" sell properties. I regret renting from them, never again and I'd advise you guys to research first before renting from them.
