Late payments

Just sell properties is literally the WORST AGENCY to deal with! They don’t even deserve a 1 but 0! They’ve rented out my property for the period of 6 months and during the last two months before the tenant can move out of the property, I’ve been receiving late rental payments without any communication whatsoever! They only care about their share and not the client. Now the tenant has paid rent that is short, but guess what? The rent would rather be short by me as the property owner but definitely not their monthly share! At that I was never advised that the rental income is short until I contact their accounts department. I also tried selling the same property with them and the advert was placed for 3 months without any promising offer, we even advised for the offer to be reduced as we saw no interest but it was never reduced then we then decided to get a new agent, and within 2 weeks of being advertised the property had an offer!
