Justsell ripping people off

On the 21st June 2018 i moved in into a property at Bateleur Complex in Annlin that i was renting through Justsell properties and i paid a deposit and moved out on the 31 October 2018 after 4 months of staying in the property. I was surprised when i got invoice for the deposit that they were going to refund me to notice that they deducted R1378.85 which they say was for replacing kitchen tap and callout & labour to replace the kitchen tap. I then enquired from the tenant that moved in the unit and she told me that they never replaced the tap cause there was nothing wrong with it all they did was to tighten it. I sent them emails that i want my money back cause they **** that they replaced the tap and all they did was to tighten it and they have not responded to my emails nor refund my money they say they used to replace the tap.
