Just Sell Property Unfair treatment and misconduct with

A geyser replacement job was done in my unit on the 3rd of Sep 2021. There's was post work damages(ceiling was damp and water leaked onto my furniture). I emailed *** advising the of the damage and my availability so that they come and fix the ceiling and wash my couch. They said they are not responsible for the damages on my furniture and they only fix the ceiling. There was no advised TAT as when will the ceiling be replaced.

Last night(8th Sep 2021) the ceiling collapsed and further stained my furniture. I slept with the kitchen door open as I didn't want to breath in the dust and substances that I am now exposed to. My space in uninheritable as I work from home.

I sent and email last night (14/09/2021) with pics. It is now 13:00 and I was advised that someone would come to assess the situation and the damages but that person has not showed up. I have been a good tenant and always paid my rent early. Am I expected to live in this environment?
