Its best that you avoid this company all together, they will **** you and leave you quite angry.

I contacted Just Sell 3 years ago in 2019 before the pandemic hit and the agent I was given was a rude and unprofessional ******* who wanted to get even more money from me because I was a foreigner saying that my bank statements were **** despite them being genuine. But my problems did not end there, the caretaker and security guard of the place (Lisa's Place) that I went to are horrible people. Time and Time again they have breached my privacy and made my family feel unsafe, spying on us as we were doing our daily activities and constantly inhibiting out entrance to the flat complex via Uber. The gate guard, an old man who is supposed to be going to an retirement home was very rude and was intrusive asking us where we are coming and going, what we were going to do, everything. He sleeps on the job, makes constant mistakes, does not do the night shift unless his son (who is so much better than he is at his job) is there, will impede your Uber driver's entry because he is very chatty and a nosey person. During the pandemic after having another run-in with a tenant in the same complex they locked the small gate for pedestrians and made us walk through the gate for cars, everyone had to deal with this, not just me and my family, everyone. Only removing the lock mid-late 2021, I do not know whether this is ethical or not but we all felt like prisoners within a big cage and it was getting more and more difficult for us to have our daily necessities delivered to us via the supermarket app, all while rent was sky high. The final nail in the coffin was when we tried to pay our electricity only to see that it wasn't working because it had been locked by the caretaker who is the wife of the gate guard because of a noise complaint from our neighbor who was below us 3 months into this year, Just Sell says its because we didn't pay our water and noise. We unlock it and find out we are to find a new apartment to stay in after May at the end of April and don't get me started on the deposit I've lost money and time because of it. Just Sell itself will take its time to repair things and in the end make YOU pay for it. I strongly advice you not to go into this company, it will be bad for your money and heart.
